Cancellation Policy

At Noctera Nest, we understand that shopping decisions can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.

This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order, and what happens if the order has already been processed.

⏱️ 1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order to increase the chance of successful cancellation.

🚚 2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

We are unable to cancel orders if:

  • More than 12 hours have passed since the order was placed

  • The order has already been processed, packed, or shipped

  • The product is custom-made or labeled “Final Sale” (where applicable)

In these cases, you may still initiate a return request after receiving the item, subject to our [Refund Policy].

Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation and respond within 24 hours.

💰 4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is successful:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal)

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed

If cancellation is not possible, we will notify you and advise you on how to proceed with a return.

🧾 5. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you believe you placed a duplicate order by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the unintended duplicate if it is still eligible, and issue a refund accordingly.
